Individuals & Families

A personal roadmap for life’s coverage decisions

Whether you are comparing health coverage, preparing for early retirement, approaching Medicare, or thinking about life insurance and retirement income, we start with education — so you can understand your options before you decide.

  • Health insurance for individuals and families
  • Planning conversations for retiring before 65
  • Medicare transitions and annual reviews
  • Social Security education (not SSA advice)
  • Life insurance and retirement income options
How this roadmap typically unfolds
We begin with your goals and timeline, translate benefits language into plain English, and only then look at licensed options that may fit. You set the pace. A consultation is a conversation — not a commitment to buy.

Business Owners

Clarity for your team — and for you

Running a business means balancing people, protection, and your own future. We help you understand employee benefits, business protection concepts, and the personal insurance and retirement questions that often sit alongside ownership.

  • Employee and group benefits conversations
  • Business protection education
  • Personal insurance considerations for owners
  • Retirement income questions that affect owners and households
How this roadmap typically unfolds
We listen first — your workforce, your risk priorities, and your personal goals. Then we explain how common benefit and protection designs generally work, so you can decide what to explore next with clear questions and no pressure.

Lisa Chamberlain, licensed insurance agent

About

Meet Lisa Chamberlain

I’m Lisa Chamberlain, a licensed insurance agent with Compass Insurance Advisors LLC, based in Draper, Utah.

My background in banking and mortgage lending showed me how unexpected illness or injury can strain a household’s finances — even when someone already has health coverage. That experience is part of why I focus on clear education: helping you evaluate needs, understand options, and choose what fits you best.

I work with individuals, families, and business owners on health coverage, Medicare questions, life insurance, annuities, Social Security education, and employer benefit conversations. I primarily meet virtually to keep things simple; limited in-person appointments may be available by request.

As an independent agent, I’m not tied to a single carrier’s product line. Our conversation can center on what you need to understand — not on a one-size script.

Licensed insurance agent. Available to work with clients in Utah, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and Missouri, subject to state licensing and product availability.
